Vietnamese Lemongrass Chicken

  • 1 pound chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine lemongrass, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, garlic, and vegetable oil.
  2. Add chicken thighs and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the marinated chicken.
  4. Cook until chicken is browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
