To Die For Blueberry Muffins

These blueberry muffins are incredibly moist, fluffy, and bursting with fresh blueberries. Perfect for breakfast or a snack!

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter, eggs, and sour cream until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the blueberries.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the wet ingredients.
  • Using frozen blueberries works as well, but do not thaw them before adding to the batter.
