- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter, eggs, and sour cream until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the blueberries.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the wet ingredients.
- Using frozen blueberries works as well, but do not thaw them before adding to the batter.
