- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then chop.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add chicken ham, bacon, and half of the cheese to the egg mixture.
- Spoon the mixture into tortillas and fold them.
- Place the folded tacos in a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the eggs are set.
Notes
- You can substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon if preferred.
- For a spicy kick, add jalapeños to the filling.
