Sweet Potato & Cranberry Gratin

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Peel and slice the sweet potatoes.
  3. In a baking dish, layer the sweet potatoes, cranberries, and sprinkle brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. Pour the heavy cream over the top and add the cheese.
  5. Dot with butter.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
