  • 2 ears corn, grilled and kernels removed
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, corn, turkey bacon, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
