- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup strawberries, pureed
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
