  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine chopped spinach, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each shell with the spinach and ricotta mixture.
  5. Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Place the stuffed shells in the dish and top with remaining marinara sauce and the rest of the mozzarella cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
