- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 package mini phyllo dough cups
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, Parmesan, Mozzarella, and garlic powder together until well combined.
- Place the mini phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
- Fill each cup with the spinach and artichoke mixture.
- Top each cup with crumbled turkey bacon.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the tops are golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the mixture.
