Spinach and Artichoke Dip Cups

Delicious and easy-to-make spinach and artichoke dip cups made with turkey bacon.

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 package mini phyllo dough cups
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, Parmesan, Mozzarella, and garlic powder together until well combined.
  3. Place the mini phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
  4. Fill each cup with the spinach and artichoke mixture.
  5. Top each cup with crumbled turkey bacon.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the tops are golden and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the mixture.
  • Serve with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
