Delicious bite-sized spinach and artichoke dip cups that are perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 package phyllo pastry cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  3. Fill each phyllo pastry cup with the spinach and artichoke mixture.
  4. Place the filled cups on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  5. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • These cups can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
