- 1 can black beans
- 4 large eggs
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft.
