- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste

- Prepare the cabbage by removing the core and separating the leaves.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with chopped onions and garlic.
