Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion until cooked through.
  2. Layer the diced potatoes in the slow cooker.
  3. Mix the cooked beef with the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the beef mixture over the potatoes in the slow cooker.
  5. Top with shredded cheese.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
