  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 2 olives, sliced (for decoration)
  • 2 cherry tomatoes (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs for 10-12 minutes, then immerse them in ice water.
  2. Once cooled, peel the eggs carefully under running water.
  3. Slice the eggs in half and scoop out the yolks into a bowl.
  4. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin spice to the yolks and mix until smooth.
  5. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  6. Decorate with olives and cherry tomatoes to resemble pumpkins.
