- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
