Pizza Grilled Cheese

A delicious twist on classic grilled cheese that combines the flavors of pizza.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread olive oil on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place one slice of bread, oiled side down, in the skillet.
  4. Add mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, and pepperoni on top.
  5. Cover with the second slice of bread, oiled side up.
  6. Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
  7. Once both sides are crispy and the cheese is melted, remove from heat and slice.
