One-Pan Chicken with Buttered Noodles

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups spinach (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken breasts and cook until browned, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add egg noodles and cooked chicken back to the skillet.
  6. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until noodles are tender.
  7. Stir in remaining butter, Parmesan cheese, and spinach until spinach is wilted.
  8. Serve immediately.
