Monterey Chicken Spaghetti

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, turkey bacon, barbecue sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the chicken mixture and mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with Monterey Jack cheese and green onions.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
