Mini Jalapeño Popper Egg Rolls

A delicious twist on classic jalapeño poppers, perfect for snacking!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 jalapeño, diced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeño, and turkey bacon.
  2. Place a spoonful of the mixture on each egg roll wrapper.
  3. Roll the wrappers tightly and seal the edges with water.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown on all sides.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels.
