  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini cheesecake pans.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, eggs, lemon zest, and lemon juice, mixing until creamy.
