Italian Drunken Noodles Bold & Spicy Pasta Recipe

  • 8 ounces wide rice noodles
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy; remove and set aside.
  3. Add olive oil to the skillet, then sauté the garlic and bell peppers until soft.
  4. Add the cooked noodles, turkey bacon, soy sauce, sriracha, fish sauce, and sugar; toss until well combined.
  5. Stir in chopped green onions and basil before serving.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
