- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, sesame oil, and ground ginger.
- Add chicken thighs to the sauce and coat well.
- Place the chicken in the Instant Pot, pour the remaining sauce over the top.
- Seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Once done, do a quick release and remove the chicken.
