- 1 large Honeycrisp apple, diced
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
