Honeycrisp Apple Broccoli Salad

A refreshing and crunchy salad featuring Honeycrisp apples and broccoli, perfect for family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 large Honeycrisp apple, diced
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, diced Honeycrisp apple, raisins, sunflower seeds, and red onion.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
