Homemade Grain Free Granola

A delicious and healthy homemade grain-free granola recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
  • 1 cup seeds (such as pumpkin or sunflower seeds)
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine nuts, seeds, and shredded coconut.
  3. In another bowl, mix together honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
  7. Let cool completely before storing.

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey/maple syrup.
  • Feel free to add dried fruits after baking for extra flavor.
