- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
Notes
- For added sweetness, you can substitute some of the granulated sugar with honey or maple syrup.
