  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
  2. Place the chicken thighs in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them.
  3. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Place the marinated chicken thighs on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
