  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Slice the French bread in half lengthwise.
  3. Spread Dijon mustard on the cut sides of the bread.
  4. Add turkey bacon and cheese on top of the mustard.
  5. Place the other half of the bread on top and press down gently.
  6. Wrap the sandwich in foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Unwrap the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
  8. While baking, heat the beef broth with garlic powder in a small saucepan.
  9. Remove from the oven, slice into squares, and serve warm with broth for dipping.
