Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a bowl over simmering water.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
