- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat; drain excess fat.
- Add the onion and garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the broth, potatoes, carrots, celery, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard.
