- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble when cool.
