Easy Cheeseburger Soup Recipe

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, cooking until onion is translucent.
  3. Pour in beef broth and add potatoes and carrots. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 15 minutes.
  5. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, cheddar cheese, and milk. Cook until cheese is melted and the soup is creamy.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

  • For a thicker soup, add more cheese or reduce the amount of broth.
  • Can be topped with additional cheese or croutons when serving.
