1 package chocolate sandwich cookies
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups whipped topping
2 cups milk
1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
Instructions
Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs and reserve some for topping.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and butter until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
Fold in whipped topping until well combined.
In another bowl, whisk milk and chocolate pudding mix for 2 minutes until thickened.
Layer the cookie crumbs, cream cheese mixture, and pudding in a serving dish.
Top with reserved cookie crumbs and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
