  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 slices chicken ham, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs and let them cool. Peel and cut them in half.
  2. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add mayonnaise, mustard, turkey bacon, chicken ham, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
  4. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley.
