  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
  2. Drain excess fat and return the beef to the skillet.
  3. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to the beef. Stir to combine.
  4. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Serve the beef over cooked rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
