1 pound ground beef
4 medium potatoes, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 small onion, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
Layer the sliced potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.
Add the browned beef on top of the potatoes.
Combine the cream of mushroom soup, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; pour over the beef and potatoes.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
