Crock Pot Crack Potato Soup

  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon thyme

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the diced potatoes, chicken broth, cream, turkey bacon, chicken ham, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme.
