  • 1 pound carrots
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the ends of the brussel sprouts and slice the carrots into even pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the brussel sprouts and carrots with olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
