1 pound rigatoni pasta
1 pound Italian sausage
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
Cook the rigatoni according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
Add the Italian sausage to the skillet and cook until browned. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Reduce the heat and add the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Mix until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
Toss the cooked rigatoni in the skillet with the creamy sauce until well coated.
