  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 3 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and sprinkle Cajun seasoning. Stir well and let simmer.
  5. Add the cooked fettuccine and bacon back into the skillet. Toss to combine.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  7. Garnish with green onions, salt, and pepper. Serve hot.
