  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions, then drain.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. Add olive oil to the same skillet and sauté garlic and red bell pepper until soft.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and Cajun seasoning, then bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the cooked fettuccine and chicken to the skillet, tossing to combine.
  6. Mix in the chopped turkey bacon and garnish with parsley before serving.
