  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and cook the chicken breasts until golden brown. Season with Cajun seasoning.
  4. Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic, and sauté until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, then add the cooked pasta and crispy turkey bacon. Mix everything together.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less Cajun seasoning.
  • For a healthier version, use whole grain pasta.
