- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and cook the chicken breasts until golden brown. Season with Cajun seasoning.
- Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic, and sauté until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, then add the cooked pasta and crispy turkey bacon. Mix everything together.
