  • 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups spinach, fresh
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the cubed chicken and Cajun seasoning, cooking until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
