  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with Cajun seasoning. Cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add the onion and bell peppers to the skillet, cooking until softened.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, mixing everything together.
  6. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with additional cheese if desired.
