Ingredients

  • 8 ounces tortellini
  • 1 pound steak
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and add the steak. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the steak to your desired doneness, then remove and let it rest.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer, stirring frequently.
  6. Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted and well combined.
  7. Slice the steak and add it to the sauce along with the tortellini. Toss to combine.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
