- 1 pound steak
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and add the steak. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the steak to your desired doneness, then remove and let it rest.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer, stirring frequently.
