  • 8 slider buns
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and crack the eggs, cooking them to your desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Assemble the sliders by placing a slice of chicken ham on the bottom half of each bun, followed by an egg and then some turkey bacon.
  5. Top with shredded cheese and chopped green onions.
  6. Place the tops on the sliders and bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
