  • 1 package cinnamon roll dough
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter, for greasing
  • 1 package turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with butter.
  2. Cut the cinnamon roll dough into quarters and place them in the prepared dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and set.
  6. While the bites are baking, cook the turkey bacon according to package instructions.
  7. Serve the cinnamon roll bites with warm maple syrup and crispy turkey bacon.
