- 1 cup corn, frozen or fresh
- 1 cup potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
