  • 15 ounces pumpkin puree
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the pumpkin mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.
