- 15 ounces pumpkin puree
- 15 ounces ricotta cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
