  • 4 cups shredded hash browns
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup crushed corn flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together hash browns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle crushed corn flakes on top.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
