  • 4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 cups peeled, chopped apples
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Fold in chopped apples, caramel sauce, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  6. Pour cheesecake mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the center is set. Remove from oven and let cool.
