Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 cream cheese (8 oz each)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
  4. Fold in diced apples and pour over the crust.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set. Let cool and drizzle caramel sauce on top before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add cinnamon to the apple mixture.
  • Serves best chilled.
